US BANK AND WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY PRESENT CELEBRATION OF THE ARTS

The 2008 Celebration of the Arts exhibit will open at The Kentucky Library & Museum on March 2. The exhibit will run through April 5. There will be a variety of items on display, including: paintings, watercolors, works on paper, fiber arts, ceramics, sculptures and photography, each piece created by a Kentucky artist.

Celebration of the Arts is an open art exhibition – Kentucky residents, 18 and older, within a 65 mile radius of Bowling Green, are eligible to enter. Select works from the exhibit will be available for purchase. A portion of the proceeds from sales will benefit the Kentucky Library & Museum, and the WKU Visual Arts Department Scholarship Fund.
