Note: Carrie Donna Bridges married Otho D. Porter in Macon,
Noxubee County, Mississippi, on April 9, 1895. The Macon
Beacon described the bride "dressed most exquisitely
beautiful in white silk with a train, with satin trimming
and pearl buckles, and white kid gloves and slipper. She wore
a beautiful wreath of orange blossoms and veil which fell
gracefully over her stately form." The couple resided
in Bowling Green, Kentucky where Dr. Porter practiced medicine. |
