Kentucky Library Broadside Collection # S126
Piano Tuners
Piano tuners were and remain itinerant, but necessary, guests in communities. Here R.W. Durham advertises his temporary stay in Bowling Green in 1912. He notes his specialities and guarantees his work, promising to "refund your money at your request" if not satisfied. Durham takes pains to explain that he has "no axe to grind" in the field of piano sellers, but he can recommend the Baldwin line which was sold by E.E. Todd in Bowling Green.
