An
important portrait of Judge Asher W. Graham of Bowling Green

Graham moved to Versailles, Kentucky as a young boy and later
moved to Bowling Green. He studied law under Solomon P. Sharp
and in 1837 was appointed to the Warren Circuit Court. Twelve
years later Graham was named to the Court of Appeals of Kentucky.
Graham ran for Warren Circuit Court judge in 1850, a position
he held until his death in 1866.
An announcement will soon be forthcoming about what you can do to help acquire this important painting for the Kentucky Library and Museum collection.
