Libraries Advisory Council
The University Libraries Advisory Council provides guidance and
leadership to the administrators, faculty, and staff of the University
Libraries. The purposes of the Libraries Advisory Council include
supporting the Western Kentucky University Libraries by promoting
and developing the libraries' services and facilities; encouraging
membership in the Friends of the Libraries; advising the University
President and the Dean of Libraries; and enabling the WKU Libraries
to better serve its communities. Council members are appointed by
the President of the University to serve three-year terms.
