Doers and Deeds Submission Form

PLEASE NOTE: This form is designed specifically for faculty and staff of University Libraries. If you prefer the print form, here is a PDF file to download.

Please submit information for events that have already occurred. Keep in mind that Academic Affairs may not be able to publish every submission due to lack of available space. Qualifications for submissions:

Significant faculty and staff professional accomplishments (e.g., publications, professional presentations, museum exhibits, honors, leadership in professional organizations, major grants)
Significant WKU recognitions (e.g., honors, award winners)
Significant accomplishments related to departments and units (e.g., accreditations, recognitions, citations)
