Namesake -

History - The four story building housed 200 men. In 2002, the name was changed to Northeast after renovations had been made to connect the once four dorms -- north, east, south and west.

Additions - 2002 - renovation East Hall combined with North Hall to become Northeast Hall - rooms turned into suites connected by bathrooms; new sprinkler systems, air conditioning, upgraded alarm systems, new carpet, total cost was $14 million.
