Jim Wayne Miller Collection
Manuscripts technician Melanie Smith works with the Jim Wayne Miller
Collection, a compilation of materials and correspondence associated
with Miller, a professor of German at Western Kentucky University.
During his lifetime, Dr. Miller donated numerous materials related
to his work as a scholar of Appalachian studies, author and poet to
the Manuscripts division of the Kentucky Building, a practice continued
by his widow, WKU English Professor Mary Ellen Miller. (Picture)
