The content
pages - WST decides to update all the contents of the
UL Web site. Haiwang will present the update proposal to the
CLDH and the Dean before sending a library wide e-mail announcing
the move and explaining the aforementioned
procedures . The specific updating steps include, (1) WST
members will print pages and ask respective librarians to review
the subject content and suggest updates; and (2) the WST members
will make the changes on the Web site.
The Index
page - once all content pages have been updated, the Library
Index page will be updated, following these steps: (1)
items in the Index will be divided among the WST members for
review; (2) Haiwang will provide each WST member with a master
list; (3) WST members will mark the items in their respective
area of responsibility and check the links, etc.; and (4) the
master lists will be turned in to Haiwang, who then will check
all items not marked by one of the WST members.
The timeline -
The goal is to have all content update done by the first of April
and Index update done by the end of May.
