I am appointing you to the Web Site Team that, once functioning, will replace the leadership and coordinating role that has been played by our Web Site Working Group. Your specific charge is to assist the Web Site and Virtual Library Coordinator (who will serve as your Team Leader) in further design and development work deemed desirable for our web site.

Before your engagement in a major project, there will be discussion by the CLDH and approval from the Dean.

Your selection as individual team members resulted from considerable discussion with both Haiwang and the department heads. We believe that you will prove to be a highly effective team and draw extremely well on the unique talents and knowledge each of you bring to this operation.
