   All medical records are confidential. Your signature is required for release of your records to any other party. There is also confidential testing for sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, offered at the WKU Health Services. All services provided by the WKU Health Services are strictly confidential in accordance with established medical protocols and compliance with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability & Privacy Act), Privacy regulations.
