There is a fee for service. Fee schedules are available at the Health Service. Charges range from $20 and up, depending on complexity of visit.

Methods of Payment

• pay at the time of visit (10% of charges are due the day of visit)
• charge to MasterCard or Visa
• charge to Big Red Account
• bill to your insurance company
• pay in cash or by check
