Management & Finance Specialist

Perry Davis is a Fiscal/Management Specialist with T/TAS. His responsibilities include the provision of technical assistance and training in the areas of finance and management. Among Mr. Davis' specialties are cost allocation, non-Federal share, systems integration, inventory control, and budget development and monitoring. He has presented at national conferences, including the NHSA Annual Training Conference, the Zero to Three Early Head Start Conference, and the ACF New Directors Training. Prior to joining the T/TAS team, Mr. Davis was the Program Operations Manager of a large Head Start/Early Head Start program in Mississippi. He is a member of the ACF Head Start Workgroup that is currently providing advice and guidance on the proposed revisions to the Fiscal Checklist. Mr. Davis has a B.S. degree in Management and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in finance from Jackson State University.
