• To issue a state-of-the-art identification card in a quick, friendly, and courteous manner to all faculty, staff, students, retirees, and individuals who are affiliated with Western Kentucky University. The identification card will entitle faculty, staff, and students all of the privileges offered by the University as outlined in University policies, guidelines, and other documents. Other affiliated individuals (e.g., vendor/contractor personnel, Military Science) will be entitled to the privileges specified for their group.

• To continue to seek out new uses for the ID card, moving toward a cashless campus with a one-card, easy-to-use and understand system. Ensure the card is marketed and promoted effectively to all potential users.

• To continually look to expand services related to the CBORD campus access system .
