If you lose your card, be sure to contact the ID Center to have your card deactivated ASAP! You can call (270) 745-2417, come by the ID Center in DUC 126, or use the ManageMyID.com site to deactivate your lost/stolen card. You may purchase a replacement card for $20 (this will automatically have all of your old card’s balances and priviledges encoded on it and will automatically deactivate your old card). If your card has been damaged due to normal wear and tear, bring it in, and you will receive a free replacement. However, if your card has been cut, hole-punched, or suffers from any visible neglect, replacements can be purchased for $20.
