STUDY ABROAD SUMMER TRAVEL APPLICATION
Summer 2010 (May 17 - August 12)

Please answer all questions. In addition to this form, certain other requirements must be met. They are:

Students must have completed and submitted a 200/10 FAFSA.
Students must be in compliance with the standards of WKU's Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy. If you are currently on a probationary award status your summer application will not be reviewed until spring grades are available.
Complete a STudy Abraod & Global Learning (Grise Hall 128).
Provide Jennifer Wells (jennifer.wells1@wku.edu in Student Financial Assistance the costs associated with the study abroad program.
Students MUST BE enrolled in a minimum of 6 hours, May-August, to receive a Student Loan for Summer.

Annual limits: Freshman, $3500; Sophomore, $6500; Junior/Senior, $7500; Graduate, $8500. (Independent students may be eligible for additional unsubsidized loans)
