Please answer all questions. In addition to this form, certain other requirements must be met. They are:
- Students must have completed and submitted a current academic year FAFSA.
- Students must be in compliance with the standards of WKU’s Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy.
- Complete Study Abroad Application form (http://www.wku.edu/studyabroad/students/students.php) for Office of Study Abroad and Global Learning, located in Grise Hall, room 128.
- Complete Cost of Breakdown form with the Office of Study Abroad and Global Learning, located in Grise Hall, room 128. This form must be completed in order to adjust your budget for the trip.
- Student MUST BE enrolled in at least 12 hours to be considered full time for study abroad.
