SPRING ONLY APPLICATION 2007-2008 ACADEMIC YEAR

This application is required for all students who did not attend WKU during the fall 2007 semester and who wish to receive spring financial aid. In addition to this form, certain other requirements must be met. They are: 1. Students must be admitted to a degree-seeking program. 2. Students must be in compliance with the standards of WKU' s Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy. 3. Students MUST BE enrolled in at least 6 credit hours in order to receive a Federal Student Loan. 4. Transfer students must request that their academic transcripts be sent to WKU. 5. Students must compelte a FAFSA. Transfer students must request their FAFSA be sent to WKU. I will will not be a graduate student in the spring. If you are a graduate student you must provide our office with a copy of your acceptance letter from the Graduate College. Please contact the Grad Office at 745-2446 if you have questions concerning your letter of acceptance.
I am I am not interested in applying for a student loan in addition to any grants I may be awarded. If you indicate you are interested in Stafford loan you will be awarded the maximum amount. To reduce the loan awrded you must contact our office.
