08-09 Additional Loan Request

***Please note:  Because this is a new federal change, this process may not be completed until
August 1, 2008 (depending on when your application is received.)  Your patience is appreciated. ***

Please answer all questions.  In addition to this form, certain other requirements must be met.  They are:

  1. Students must have been awarded for the 08-09 award year.
  2. Students must be in compliance with the standards of WKU's Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy. 
  3. Students MUST BE enrolled in a minimum of 6 hours to receive a Student Loan.

The annual loan limits remain the same:  Freshman, $3500; Sophomore, $4500; Junior/Senior, $5500; Graduate, $8500.  (Independent students may be eligible for additional unsubsidized loans)
