TUITION INCENTIVE PROGRAM (INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS)

International students may be eligible for the WKU National Tuition Incentive Program (TIP). Those students qualified will automatically be assessed tuition at 1.25 times the corresponding full-time resident rate for undergraduate students attending the main campus. National TIP eligible students are not eligible for the TIP scholarship. National TIP eligibility will be determined by the Office of Admissions.

Dependent expenses: Students and scholars who wish to bring a spouse or child(ren) with them will be required to show an additional USD $5000 for the dependent and $3000 for each additional dependent.

For planning purposes, students may expect an average increase in expenses of 7% per year.

University bills are due at the beginning of each semester and can be paid in cash, check (checks made payable to Western Kentucky University), or MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards. Visa Cards are NOT accepted.

Suggested Amount of Cash to Bring
It is suggested that all new students arrive with at least $300 USD in cash to cover initial food and expenses.

a 24 ACT/1090 SAT.
Transfers
