Why did you choose to attend WKU?

I chose to attend WKU because of the Journalism and Broadcasting Program. As a high school student I was certain I wanted to pursue broadcasting, and knew that WKU had a top ranking program.

What sets WKU apart from the other schools?

The environment of WKU sets it apart from other schools. The people are friendly and excited about being here. Also I think WKU also has one of the most beautiful campuses I’ve seen by far.

The number one thing I encourage future students to check out:

I encourage future students to check the huge list of student organizations to become involved in. Being a part of an organization is a great way to make friends.

Who is your WKU Idol?

Margaret Munday was the first African American woman to enroll at WKU in September of 1956.
