All applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) offered by the Educational Testing
Service. It is the applicant’s responsibility to obtain the necessaryinformation and application forms, and to arrange to
take the test by a date that assures the results are reported to the University by the required deadlines.
Students must also submit TOEFL/IELTS official score reports:
71 Internet-based test
197 Computer-based test
525 Paper-based test OR
IELTS score of 6.0 OR
SAT = Verbal Score 450
Successful completion of ELS http://www.els.edu level 109 is also acceptable as English language proficiency
