The International Baccalaureate (IB) is a university preparatory program. Students who successfully complete
the program are awarded the IB Diploma or the IB Certificate. When applying to WKU, you must submit the
IB Diploma/Certificate to the admissions office for review. Upon review, eligible candidates may have the English-
profiency requirement waived. In addition, the admissions office will review all IB Diplomas for potential transfer
