• Title of Endowment - Kenneth and Irene S. Hall Professorship in Civil Engineering
• Date Established – January 18, 2000
• Purpose of Endowment - The Hall Professorship was created to provide professional support for a named position in Construction Engineering/Management. Available funds in excess of the professorship allotment are used to support programmatic development.
• College/Department where housed - Department of Engineering in the Ogden College of Science and Engineering.
• Status – Incurring expenditures. During 2004-05 funds ere used to purchase equipment for the instructional program in Civil Engineering and for use in support of applied research activities. In addition, registration for student entries in the National Concrete Canoe and National Steel Bridge competitions was support from this fund.
• Date occupied – Position filled in the 2005-06 academic year by Warren Campbell.
