Selection Process

All applicants will be evaluated on an equal basis, excluding returning HonorsToppers, in the following stages:
1. Application review by Executive Council                    2. Interview by Interviewing Committee
Applications will be made available online. HonorsToppers will hold an annual informational session at the Honors Center and speak at an Honors Club event about the organization. A HonorsTopper meeting will also be specified as open so that applicants may come and observe an actual meeting. The Advisory Board will review the applications and make selections. An interview or meeting with the Advisory Board will be required prior to selection for membership. Eligible applicants, as determined by the advisory board, will be interviewed. The Interviewing Committee will be composed of members of the Advisory Board, the outgoing Coordinator of Membership, and any others that may be appointed by the Advisory Board.
