GEOG 378 Food, Culture, and Society
CONTENT: A study of the regional patterns of agricultural and food production. Ecological and economic factors
and cultural preferences are used to explain the spatial patterns of crops and agricultural types. Present and potential
production are evaluated in terms of regional and world food needs. Prerequisite: GEOG 110. 3 hours.
