GEOG 101 Introduction to Human Geography
CONTENT:
This course emphasizes the socio-cultural diversity of humankind as an essential requisite to geographic understanding. It analyzes the nature and distribution of population, cultural attributes, types of economy, and urban patterns.
This courses fulfills General Education Category C and is required for the Cultural Geography concentration in the Geography major and for the Geography minor.
CREDIT: 3 hours.
OFFERED: Fall and Spring Semesters, most summers.
