credit limit or authorization code deactivation) is now online. If you want to request an
increase or decrease in your Hilltopper Long Distance credit limit, or if you need to have your
authorization code deactivated (e.g. if it has been lost or stolen), click here.

- Student Telephone Services now accepts the following credit cards for payment: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
- The billing schedule for Hilltopper Long Distance and the Hello Hilltopper Calling Card is
available online.
- The rate for the Hello Hilltopper Calling Card is now just 12¢ a minute for all domestic calls,
and the international rates have dropped as well. To see the new international rates for the Hello Hilltopper
Calling Card, click here.
- Students can look up their long distance bill through TopNet. The Username and PIN for accessing the long distance billing system will be the
same as the User ID and PIN for TopNet.
- Applications for the Corporate Calling Card and the Hello Hilltopper Calling Card
are available online. If you want one of these cards, just fill out the form, print, sign, and send it to Van Meter 116.
