In An Emergency...

The University has 22 emergency phones located strategically around the University. Just push the red button and the phone dials the police department automatically, even indicating the location of the caller. If you are on campus and need emergency assistance, just go to an emergency phone and you are connected directly to the WKU Police Department. These emergency phones are easily identifiable by the blue light on top. If you are not near an emergency phone, dial 911 or 52548 (on campus phones). The University Police Department, in conjunction with Associate Student Government, provides a student escort service. The service provides walking escorts on campus. Call 53333 to get a walking escort with a student volunteer.
