Graduate Training

Each year the Counseling and Testing Center provides personal counseling and testing to undergraduate and graduate students at Western Kentucky University. The center staff is comprised of licensed psychologists and certified counselors as well as therapist- in-training from academic programs across campus. The student therapists are closely supervised by senior staff members who enjoy mentoring and directing new professionals, and are selected through a very competitive process.

The Center’s staff is dedicated to assisting students in their pursuit of personal growth, to helping students gain a better understanding and appreciation of themselves, and to supporting students as they make important decisions about their lives.
