The Counseling and Testing Center at WKU offers mandated visits for students to assist them in completing evaluations and referrals that are required by another office on campus. This frequently involves the campus judicial affairs department, athletic referrals for positive drug screenings and other departments where some form of assessment is required in order to continue participating in a group, club, organization or to remain enrolled at WKU.

These visits are provided as a courtesy to the student and the referring department in order to provide timely, less expensive, quality care for students in time of crisis. Students are asked to complete an informed consent and sign a release of information so the counseling staff can communicate the results of the visit to the referring department.
