  • Search GRANTS.GOV
    • GRANTS.GOV allows organizations to electronically find and apply for competitive grant opportunities from all Federal grant-making agencies. GRANTS.GOV is an access point for more than 1000 grant programs offered by the 26 Federal grant-making agencies.
  • Search SPIN (Sponsored Programs Information Network)
    • An on-line, searchable database of federal and private funding programs (accessible only to WKU faculty and staff).
    • Now, you can enter your profile and keywords in GENIUS once, and let SMARTS send you e-mail messages every time a program matching your keywords is added to or updated in the SPIN database.

  • Search Grant$earch - the Grants Resource Center (GRC) Database
    • Finding private and federal grant information on-line is now easier than ever! The American Association of State Colleges and Universities' (AASCU) Grants Resource Center (GRC) Grant$earch database contains descriptions, deadlines and contact information on nearly 2,000 federal and private funding programs of particular interest to higher education institutions that subscribe to GRC services.
    • The database contains programs that support academic activities such as research and training, fellowships, program development, and equipment acquisition. All featured programs cater to national or large regional audiences, and most are geared to faculty or postdoctoral investigators. Each entry outlines the overall program purposes and priorities, deadline(s), and contact information.  This service is accessible only to WKU faculty and staff.     • Offical coverage of all federal procurement opportunities exceeding $25,000 is now available in FedBizOpps (FBO), as published by Business Information & Development Services, Inc. This service was formerly provided through the Commerce Business Daily. As of January 4, 2002, the Department of Commerce ceased publishing the Commerce Business Daily (CBD).
