In the last five years, Slips, Trips, and Falls have accounted for 41% of WKU's lost time and restricted duty injuries, and represent 45% of WKU's total Workers' Compensation costs.

  • Correct the hazard
  • Report it to your supervisor
  • Report it to your building coordinator
  • Submit a work order request, or
  • Submit a Safety Concern Report on the EH&S website
