Quality Personnel has been selected as the temporary employee provider for the next twelve month period. You may request temporary employees through Quality for the following position categories at the indicated bill rates effective October 10, 2005:

Assistant Carpentry Supervisor 20.58 per hour
Administrative Assistant 11.00 per hour
Secretarial 10.50 per hour
Data Entry Operator 10.00 per hour
Food Services 10.50 per hour
Ushers 11.00 per hour
Ticket Takers 30.00 per game
8.50 OT/hour
VSE System Administrator 34.00 per hour
Medical/Clerical 11.00 per hour
Light Industrial/Bookstore 11.50 per hour
Cashier/Clerk/Bookstore 10.50 per hour
Computer Tech/Para Professional 22.00 per hour
Building Maintenance 12.92 per hour

 

In staffing temporary positions, you are not required to go through Quality Personnel. Rather, you should consider them a resource for temporary employees. A Work Order Request for Temporary Employee form should be completed for each temporary request. You will be billed for services on a weekly basis. The department must complete a standing purchase requisition for payment of services.

The charges for employing a temporary employee are determined by specific job duties. Once an order is placed and a temporary employee is assigned, there can be no change in the duties of the temporary employee without notifying the agency. A change in the job description usually results in an increase or decrease in the hourly rate being charged. To place an order click the submit button.
