Patty oversees
information systems functions of the HR database, providing data for required reporting including the quarterly Board of Regents report. She provides training related to the
application and usage of Banner HR including support of Electronic Personnel
Action Forms and Leave Reporting on the Web.. |

provides overall leadership and direction for the WKU Employee Benefits
Programs and provides assistance with all matters relating to retirement. |

Brandon Higgins Workers' Compensation Specialist | Brandon
is responsible for the daily functions of the Workers' Comp Program. He
also coordinates training and safety for WKU employees in collaboration
with Environmental Health & Safety unit as well as Facilities Management.

Sherry
processes all electronic personnel action forms and generates correspondence
related to personnel actions. She ensure accurace of data entry through periodic audit processes. |

Cornelius Employee Benefits Associate |
Denise
is responsible for the daily customer service functions for health, dental,
life and flexible spending programs. Denise leads new employee orientation
for non-exempt employees. Denise administers the FMLA leave requests and
continued documentation throughout the leave. Denise is also available
to assist with STD (short term disability) applications. |

Glenda is
responsible for the position hiring processes associated with non-faculty
positions. She maintains all job postings and employment files and she
provides customer service to applicants. Glenda also processes all requests
for Background Investigations. |

Denise is
responsible for the daily function of reconciling vendor payments for
WKU Employee Benefits. She also leads new employee orientation for exempt
staff. |

Tonya Woosley Data Entry Associate |
Tonya applies all electronic personnel action forms in the Human
Resources Information System. She processes all required paperwork for
employees on the WKU payroll and she maintains employee and I-9 files. |

Doug coordinates initiatives directed at employee wellness including weight control, smoking cessation, nutrition, health education and more. |
