Human Resources, in partnership with National City Bank, Fannie Mae and the Bowling Green Housing Authority, have developed a program geared toward WKU faculty to help them achieve the dream of owning a home. The seminar will focus on loan options, debt consolidation, debt ratio (student loans), tax implication and grants or programs available to particular populations. Each segment of the session will build on the prior information so it is important to attend both days.
Some of the segments include:

· The Mortgage Loan Process
· The Appraisal
· Homeowners Insurance and Inspections
· Down Payment Assistance Programs

This session should equip attendees with all the information and a plan to own their first time home or maybe you’ve owned before but not recently. This session will put you on the track to homeownership.
