Western Kentucky University offers a variety of services through ComPsych and GuidanceResources. Benefits eligible employees have the opportunity to utilize several programs through the GuidanceResources network. Listed below are some of the services available through the program.

• EAP – Employee Assistance Program – Confidential counseling on personal issues such as relationships, substance abuse, stress anxiety or depression, marital conflicts and grief issues.
• LegalConnect – Provides confidential access to attorneys who are dedicated to providing practical, understandable information and assistance. You can receive a free 30 minute consultation with a 25% reduction in customary legal fees thereafter. Assistance is provided for issues such as divorce, debt obligations, bankruptcy, criminal or civil actions and real estate transactions.
• FinancialConnect – Provides information about retirement planning, credit card or loan issues, tax questions and estate planning.
• FamilySource – Provides information about Work-Life needs whether you are a new parent or a caregiver for an elder FamilySource can assist you with those every day life concerns such as; finding a day care, relocation, home repair and pet care.
