Delta Dental is the selected provider of the voluntary dental plan offered to WKU employees. There are two plan designs available. Benefits eligibility begins on the date of hire.

CORE PLAN - The university provides a core dental plan for all FT benefits eligible employees. The coverage is for Diagnostic, Preventative and Minor services. Employees may pay a premium to cover dependents.

PREMIER PLAN - Employees have the opportunity to "buy up" to the Premier Plan which offers Diagnostic, Preventative, minor and major services. There is limited coverage for child orthodontia. Employees may pay a premium to cover dependents.
