The employees
in Data Management in the Department of Human Resources have the responsibility of maintaining the information
systems regularly used in support of Human Resource and Payroll activities.
We process all personnel actions and maintain
the employees' personnel files.
In addition to maintaining the required forms in Banner, our employees also take care of web-based applications such as leave reports on the web and Electronic Personnel Action Forms. We develop the quarterly Board Report for the WKU Board of Regents and we screen all ad-hoc report requests for employee information from Banner. Information is also provided for required state and federal reporting.
We provide desktop technical assistance for end users of the Banner HR system. If you need help with any of the online forms found on the HR website or with Banner HR forms and functions, call Patty Booth at 745-3038.
