About Us

HRL group takes care of Residence Halls building maintenance and housekeeping. We maintain 15 residence halls and cover 1.1M in square footage.

Regular hours of operation are 7am-4pm and minimal coverage provided Saturday and Sunday.

Our Mission: To try to provide excellent customer service to our WKU residents.

We are the first responders to our residence when there is a maintenance issue.
