Academic departments may apply for overall Unit Productivity Awards and for one Unit Productivity--Priority Initiative Award. Overall Unit Productivity Awards will carry a higher award amount than the more focused Priority Initiative Awards. Guidelines for bothtypes of awards are linked on this page. Academic support units may apply for a Unit Productivity - Exemplary Achievement Award. The guidelines for this award are linked also. As in the past, the award amounts will be determined after the review phase and will be adjusted according to the number and types of awards given and the dollars available. (FYI: In 2007, a total of $130,000 was awarded to departments and academic support units for Unit productivity.)Guidelines for each type of award must be adhered to carefully in order for applications to be considered.
