Assessment Time Line (One Cycle)

10/01 Programs/units submit on-line Assessment Plans for current academic year.

11/01 Department Heads/Directors complete the on-line review of program/unit Assessment Plans and submit (on-line) to University Outcomes Assessment Committee (UOAC).

12/01 UOAC completes Assessment Plan review and notifies programs/units.

10/01 – 05/15 Assessment activities taking place in the various programs/units.

9/15 All programs/units submit Closing the Loop Reports for previous academic year.

           

             Assessment Plans follow an academic year cycle with Closing the Loop reports submitted 9/15
             to document the previous year's assessment activities and decisions.
