Mission Statement

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness encourages and supports the continuous improvement of WKU programs and services by assisting all University units in developing action and assessment plans, evaluating progress, utilizing results for the purpose of improvement, and communicating effectively an image and reputation of the University with the general public that reflects its high quality.
