Ordering an Official WKU Transcript via TopNet (students enrolled in summer 1990 and thereafter)
**Students enrolled exclusively prior to summer 1990 do not have their coursework stored electronically and therefore must order transcripts through mail, fax, or in person**

- To order your transcript via TopNet, you will need your WKU ID and PIN. Your WKU ID remains the same throughout your life. If you are uncertain of your WKU ID, go to TopNet. If this is your first time visiting TopNet, your PIN is set to the last six digits of your social security number.
- Once you have successfully logged on to TopNet, click Student Services, then Student Records, and Request Official Transcript.
- A $4 per copy payment is required via credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- Transcripts are printed each day (Sunday-Saturday). However, the university is closed for approximately two weeks in late December for the holiday break, and transcripts ordered during this time will be printed the next working day.
- If you need your transcript sent via an expedited mail service (i.e., FedEx, UPS), you must order your transcript through mail, fax, or in person.
- If you need your transcript sent after your degree is posted, you must submit your request through mail, fax, or in person. All transcripts ordered through TopNet are sent either immediately or are held until current term grades have been reported.
