Checking the Status of your Official WKU Transcript Requests

  • The status of your WKU Official Transcript Request is available through TopNet under Student Services, then select Student Records. Your WKU ID and PIN are required to access TopNet. Your WKU ID remains the same throughout your life. If you are uncertain of your WKU ID, go to TopNet. If this is your first time visiting TopNet, your PIN is set to the last six digits of your social security number.
