Viewing the iCAP Audit
iCAP is currently a pilot program. As part of the testing process, the audit needs to be closely checked for any discrepancies or omissions.
Upon release, you may access and print an iCAP audit through TopNet. The steps for accessing your audit are listed below. For additional assistance, please view the iCAP Tutorial.
ADVISORS

Go to Topnet.wku.edu.

Enter your WKU ID and PIN.

Click on Advisor Student & Data Inquiry.

Click on the iCAP link.

Select “Submit Audit.”

Select the term.
-
Enter the WKU ID of the student.

Select your desired options. For a full audit listing, run a default audit.

Select “Run Audit.”

Select “View Submitted Audits.”

Select “Refresh” until the audit you ran appears.

Select the audit.
Running a “What-If” Audit
You may access and print an iCAP “What-If” audit through TopNet. The steps for accessing a “What-If” audit are listed below. For additional assistance, please view the iCAP Tutorial.

Click on Advisor Student & Data Inquiry.

Click on the iCAP link.

Select “Submit Audit.”

Select the term.

Enter the WKU ID of the student.

Select your desired options. For a full audit listing, run a default audit.

Select “What-If.”
-
Choose the desired major, concentration and catalog term.

Select “Run Audit.”

Select “View Submitted Audits.”

Select “Refresh” until the“What-If” audit appears.

Select the “What-If” audit.
