To check the status of your application and whether or not it is complete, login to TopNet
If you do not already have an account on TopNet, please create one. Once you have created your TopNet account, please login. You will need to enter your WKU ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Note: You will be required to change your PIN the first time you login to TopNet. Click on Student Services at the top and then Admissions to see your application information.
You should have received an email or postal mail informing you of your WKU ID and PIN number. If you have not received this information, then please contact graduate.studies@wku.edu for Graduate Admissions or admissions@wku.edu for Undergraduate Admissions to request your user ID and PIN. Please be sure to give your full name on all requests.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE GRADUATE STUDIES OFFICE BEFORE THE END OF THE SIX WEEK PROCESSING PERIOD. THIS WILL ALLOW THEM TO PROCESS ALL APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING YOURS, MORE QUICKLY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION!
