The course materials will familiarize students with the principles and techniques in the practice of Public Administration. Students will develop an understanding of what it means to act responsibly, ethically, and with integrity as they begin (or continue) their careers in public service. By the end of the course students should develop an understanding of how Public Administration is conducted and the role of public managers. Students should also enhance their skills in dealing with the various problems encountered by public managers. Students will also analyze case studies by identifying the key issues or problems illustrated by the cases, and provide alternative resolutions supported by principles or ideas developed during the course.
