Who Are The Students?

The veterans returning to the classroom can be broken down into two distinct groups, based on age and amount of time served in the military. For simplicity, I will call these groups: ‘Old’ Group and ‘Young Group’. Members of the ‘Old Group’ are 30-60 years old and /or have served more than six years in the military. Members of the ‘Young Group’ are 20-30 years old and have served less than six years in the military. Each group has issues and challenges as well as strengths and weaknesses.
