Discussion Questions:
- What is the best way to coordinate content if courses have required "core"content?
-How can faculty in a learning community work best with each other?

From the perspective of participating faculty, this program will involve several important dimensions. First, participation in the learning community provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with faculty from other departments. Each of the learning communities will link three courses together, and the faculty teaching these sections will share a common group of students. This allows the faculty to develop class projects, assignments, and themes that connect their courses together.
